How to Request a Refund on PadiePay

Guide on initiating a refund request for payments made in error or for unreceived value.

If you've made a payment in error or have not received the expected value for a transaction, PadiePay allows you to request a refund directly through the app.

The other party will be notified, and their response will determine the next steps in resolving the refund request.

If you made a payment in error or didn't receive value, you can request a refund by:

Opening the transaction in your history.
Tapping Request Refund.
Providing a brief explanation and optional proof.
The other party will be notified and can choose to approve or dispute the refund. If no response is received, PadiePay may step in to mediate the issue.
