How to Request a Refund on PadiePay

Guide on initiating a refund request for payments made in error or for unreceived value.

If you've made a payment in error or have not received the expected value for a transaction, PadiePay allows you to request a refund directly through the app.

The other party will be notified, and their response will determine the next steps in resolving the refund request.

If you made a payment in error or didn't receive value, you can request a refund by:

  • Opening the transaction in your history.
  • Tapping Request Refund.
  • Providing a brief explanation and optional proof.
  • The other party will be notified and can choose to approve or dispute the refund. If no response is received, PadiePay may step in to mediate the issue.
