If a payment is marked as disputed, it means the sender or bank has raised a concern about the transaction. Here's what you should do:

  • Check the transaction details in your app.
  • If you're the sender, confirm if the transaction was authorized.
  • If you're the receiver (e.g., a seller), prepare to provide proof of delivery/service.
  • Go to Help > Dispute Resolution and provide supporting documents (receipts, screenshots, or communication). PadiePay will investigate and reach out if needed.
