What to Do If Your Conversion Doesn’t Reflect

If you've performed a currency conversion on PadiePay and the funds are not reflecting, there are a few immediate checks you can perform.

If the issue persists after these steps, providing the transaction reference to support will help in a quicker resolution.

Check your internet connection.
Confirm that your wallets are active and verified.
Make sure you had enough balance in the source currency.
Try refreshing your wallet view or restarting the app.
If it still doesn’t reflect after 10 minutes, go to Help > Report an Issue and include the transaction reference.
