What to Do If Your Wallet Top-Up Fails

Troubleshooting steps for when your PadiePay wallet top-up doesn't go through as expected.

Occasionally, a wallet top-up might fail or not reflect immediately. There are a few common reasons for this, and steps you can take to resolve it.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, our support team is ready to assist you further.

If your top-up fails or doesn’t reflect:

  • Check if your account was debited — sometimes the transaction completes later.
  • Confirm that you entered the correct details (e.g. card number, account number).
  • Ensure your card is enabled for online transactions.
  • Try a different payment method (bank, card, or USSD).
  • If the issue persists, go to Help > Report a Transaction, provide the transaction ID, and our team will investigate.
