How to Upload Your Documents for KYC

To ensure the security and compliance of your PadiePay account, completing KYC verification by uploading your documents is essential.

Follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful submission, and you'll receive a notification once your documents are being reviewed.

To complete your KYC verification on PadiePay:

  • Go to Profile > Account verification.
  • Tap Proceed to start KYC.
  • Choose your document type (e.g., National ID, Voter’s Card, etc.).
  • Upload a clear photo or scanned copy of the document.
  • Take a live selfie as prompted (make sure it’s well-lit and clear).
  • Submit for review.
