If your personal details, such as your name or ID number, change after your KYC has been approved, you can request an update on PadiePay.

Our team will review your request and update your information promptly, ensuring your account remains current and compliant.

If your personal details change (e.g., name or ID number), you can request a KYC update:

  • Go to Profile > Support.
  • Select KYC Update Request.
  • Provide the reason for the update.
  • Upload any new or supporting documents.
  • Our team will review and update your information within 24–48 hours.
