How to Close or Deactivate Your Account

Steps to temporarily deactivate or permanently close your PadiePay account.

If you decide to take a break from PadiePay or no longer need your account, you have the option to either temporarily deactivate or permanently close it.

Before proceeding with account closure, it's crucial to settle all pending transactions and withdraw any remaining funds.

If you want to leave PadiePay:

Go to Settings > Account.
Tap Deactivate or Close Account.
Choose a reason and confirm your decision.

Before closing your account:

Withdraw all remaining funds.
Resolve any pending transactions or disputes.
If you need help or plan to return, you can contact support instead to temporarily deactivate your account.
