Resetting Your Password or PIN

Guidance on how to reset your PadiePay password or transaction PIN.

Whether you've forgotten your password or PIN, or simply wish to enhance your account security, PadiePay provides a straightforward process for resetting these crucial credentials.

It's always recommended to choose strong, unique passwords and PINs to safeguard your account from unauthorized access.

To reset password:

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
Enter your registered email or phone number.
Follow the OTP instructions to create a new password.

To reset PIN (in-app):

Go to Settings > Security.
Tap Change PIN.
Enter your current PIN, then choose a new one.
