If you've tried the troubleshooting steps and your payment issue remains unresolved, it's time to contact PadiePay support for personalized assistance.

Providing detailed information about your transaction will help our support team investigate and resolve your issue quickly.

If a payment issue remains unresolved after trying the above steps:

  • Go to Help or Support in your PadiePay app.
  • Select the relevant issue (e.g., “Payment Failed” or “Pending Transaction”).
  • Provide the following: Transaction ID, Amount, Date/time, Brief description of what happened.
  • Our support team typically responds within 1–2 hours during business hours, and within 24 hours on weekends.
