How to Cancel a Payment Before It’s Processed

Learn if and how you can cancel a payment that is still in a pending state on PadiePay.

While payments marked as “Processing” cannot always be canceled, there might be a window of opportunity to cancel if the transaction is still in a 'Pending' or 'Unconfirmed' state.

It's important to act quickly and note that PadiePay cannot cancel payments that have already been fully sent or processed by the bank or receiver.

If a payment is still in a Pending or Unconfirmed state, you may try the following:

  • Go to Transactions.
  • Tap on the payment and check for a Cancel option.
  • If unavailable, contact Support immediately and provide your transaction details.
