Here’s what to do if your payment is stuck or pending:

Wait a few minutes: Bank or card network delays can happen.
Check your wallet or transaction history: The status will update once processed.
Do not retry multiple times quickly — this can lead to double charges.
If the payment is still stuck after 30–60 minutes, contact support with: Your transaction ID, Date and time of the payment, Amount sent.
