Occasionally, a payment may remain in a 'Pending' status, indicating it's still being processed. It's important to know what steps to take to avoid complications.

If the payment remains stuck after a reasonable period, contacting support with the necessary details will help us investigate efficiently.

Here’s what to do if your payment is stuck or pending:

  • Wait a few minutes: Bank or card network delays can happen.
  • Check your wallet or transaction history: The status will update once processed.
  • Do not retry multiple times quickly — this can lead to double charges.
  • If the payment is still stuck after 30–60 minutes, contact support with: Your transaction ID, Date and time of the payment, Amount sent.
