A failed transfer can be frustrating, but many issues are easily resolved by checking a few key details.

If your transfer fails:

  • Check your wallet balance to ensure you have enough funds.
  • Confirm the recipient’s details (username, phone, or account number).
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • If sending to a bank account, double-check bank name and account number.
  • Still having issues? Go to Help > Report a Transaction and provide the details.
