If your PadiePay withdrawal is delayed or fails to reflect in your bank account, there are several common reasons and troubleshooting steps you can take.

It's important to be patient, as some delays can be due to bank processing times, especially during non-business hours.

If your withdrawal is delayed or fails, try the following:

  • Check your bank details: Incorrect account numbers or mismatched names can cause failures.
  • Review transaction status: Go to Wallet > Transactions to see if it's marked “Processing” or “Failed”.
  • Wait a little longer: Some banks may take up to 24 hours, especially during weekends or public holidays.
  • Contact Support: If it's been over 24 hours and the funds haven’t arrived, reach out via the Help section with your transaction ID.
